SENATE BILL NO. 293                                                           
"An Act relating to the authority of the commissioner of natural              
resources to reconvey, or relinquish an interest in, land to the               
United States if that land or interest being reconveyed or                     
relinquished is identified in an amended application for a land

Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that SB
293 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on           
final passage.                                                                 
                                                                               
Representative Davies objected and withdrew the objection.  There              
being no further objection, it was so ordered.                                 
                                                                               
SB 293 was read the third time.                                                
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall SB 293 pass the House?"  The roll was
